One of the most requested Edwardian impressions is their W.W.1 recruitment post. Harry interacts with visitors and enrols them into his Majesty's forces.

Visitors get to see a collection of WW1 artefacts and are given a briefing on what to expect while serving in the British army.

As the demand for more troops increased recruiting posts were a common site in Britain during the Great War.

When Harry & Edna create their WW1 recruiting post they usually feature a vintage gramophone playing period tunes in an office display including a 1900's typewriter.

The WW1 recruiting post also acts as a great back drop for their "
Pack up your Kitbag" scenario which includes a display of World War One army equipment and the chance for visitors to feel the weight of  a W.W.1 army back pack.

Another scenario they can perform when presenting the WW1 recruiting post is their scenario called "Bang on Target"  which based on military target practice and has a wow factor which event organisers are looking for.

To complement the WW1 recruiting post they can set up another tent which Edna uses for her "Tea for Votes" suffragette impression / scenario.

These two impressions complement each other well as they appeal to a wider visitor cross section.
